About the role
Sarvam builds AI models, infrastructure and applications for India, including enterprise AI systems and voice agents. You will lead customer deployments from proof of concept through production, adoption and ongoing operations.
What you'll do
- Own customer deployments from proof of concept through production
- Discover customer integrations, processes, data and compliance constraints
- Plan programmes, timelines, dependencies, risks and scope
- Coordinate delivery teams and maintain engagement quality
- Drive adoption among customer teams and users
- Create operating charters and playbooks for deployments
