DFT Engineer - Hardware

NVIDIA develops GPUs and semiconductor chips for computing and artificial intelligence. This engineer will develop and verify design-for-test features from RTL through silicon bring-up.

• Develop DFT architecture and methodologies for next-generation products
• Insert scan and verify DFT features across test modes
• Verify and bring up Scan ATPG and other DFT features on silicon
• Integrate DFT features into chips with cross-functional teams
