About the role
The portfolio company operates a D2C e-commerce business. This director will own its P&L and growth agenda, lead category and customer experience strategy, and build teams across category, merchandising and business operations.
What you'll do
- Own the e-commerce P&L, revenue, margins and sustainable growth
- Identify growth levers across acquisition, conversion, assortment and retention
- Build business plans, forecasts and growth targets
- Set category strategy and expand the product assortment
- Improve the customer journey and key e-commerce metrics
- Build and lead teams across category, merchandising and business operations
