About the role
The role supports a portfolio company with corporate teams and a multi-location retail network. The Head of HR will lead people strategy, hiring, HR systems, compliance, and workforce programs across both groups.
What you'll do
- Lead people strategy aligned with business growth plans
- Partner with leadership on organization design, workforce planning, and succession
- Build hiring strategies and scalable HR systems for corporate and retail teams
- Develop performance management and manager capability programs
- Oversee frontline workforce planning, attrition, incentives, and attendance
- Ensure payroll, HR operations, and labour-law compliance across locations
