Rubrik provides a cloud data management platform for protecting and managing enterprise data. The Director of Corporate IT will lead global employee technology services while building AI-driven, ticketless support and lifecycle automation.

• Lead global end-user services, endpoint management, VDI, and conferencing operations
• Hire and develop support staff and systems engineering leaders across regions
• Own enterprise AI tooling governance, adoption, and global ticketless roadmap
• Automate employee provisioning, access changes, and departures using AI agents
• Manage corporate IT procurement, vendors, security partnerships, and audit readiness
