Meesho's Data Science team builds intelligent systems for its commerce platform. The Director will lead the data science roadmap and team, delivering and operating production machine learning systems across a business charter.

• Lead, grow, and mentor a team of data scientists
• Own data science strategy, models, deployment, and monitoring
• Prioritize AI and machine learning initiatives with product, engineering, and business leaders
• Drive ML platform architecture and lifecycle improvements
• Improve model scalability, performance, cost efficiency, and experimentation rigor
• Lead root cause analysis for production issues and improve service observability
