Cluster Head- Last Mile

• Onboard and train partners for last-mile operations
• Identify new partners and add them to the network
• Track partner performance across the cluster
• Visit facilities to conduct audits and address operational gaps
• Ensure compliance with operational processes
• Drive operational metrics and recommend process improvements
