About the role
Meesho Financial Services builds lending products for its users and sellers. You will grow bank and NBFC partnerships, monitor portfolio performance, and lead partner integrations and launches.
What you'll do
- Grow existing bank and NBFC partnerships and improve lending funnel performance
- Monitor partner portfolio metrics, risk indicators, policy adherence, and operational health
- Lead new-partner integrations from alignment through launch and post-launch stability
- Build a qualified pipeline of banks and NBFCs aligned with business needs
- Standardise and automate partner integration and management processes
- Present partnership results and findings to senior management
