• Set content strategy across performance, sales, messaging and in-app experiences
• Oversee copywriting from ideation through testing and scaling
• Use generative AI to create, refine and scale content
• Develop culturally relevant narratives for Tier 2, 3 and 4 audiences
• Create execution playbooks and copy quality standards
• Recruit, mentor and lead a team of writers
