About the role
Meesho's Fulfilment & Experience team operates the e-commerce fulfilment and logistics network, while Security & Investigations safeguards it. The role will lead industrial-relations strategy, workforce dispute resolution, partner compliance and government engagement across the national operating network.
What you'll do
- Build national industrial-relations frameworks and governance
- Track workforce concerns and develop early-warning mechanisms
- Lead responses to industrial disputes and workforce disruptions
- Oversee investigations, domestic enquiries and disciplinary processes
- Monitor logistics-partner labour compliance and drive corrective action
- Engage labour authorities and create scalable IR playbooks
