About the role
Zillow is a U.S. real estate platform, and its Enterprise Platforms & Technology organization operates internal SaaS platforms including Workday and ServiceNow. The director will build and lead the India engineering organization, own platform delivery, and establish its operating practices.
What you'll do
- Recruit, hire, and develop the India engineering and management teams
- Own Workday configuration, integrations, security, reporting, and production operations
- Direct ServiceNow delivery across HR and IT service workflows
- Establish AI-augmented engineering practices and operating cadence
- Set strategic direction, budget, planning, vendor, and talent decisions
- Partner with U.S. leaders and travel for partnership and planning when needed
