About the role
JioStar’s Enterprise IT function provides IT operations, end-user computing and workplace technology across its offices. This director will lead IT support, service delivery, infrastructure initiatives and operational improvement.
What you'll do
- Lead enterprise IT operations and end-user support teams
- Deliver infrastructure and workplace technology initiatives
- Track projects, service performance, incidents and SLAs
- Create executive dashboards and operational reports
- Coordinate technical issue resolution across technology teams
