• Define and maintain HR domain architecture frameworks, standards, and patterns
• Govern the domain standards catalogue and promote adoption across delivery teams
• Guide business and IT stakeholders on technology and architecture decisions
• Lead architecture strategy, business cases, and priority project decisions
• Review solution designs and maintain architecture artefacts and technical debt records
• Track domain architecture KPIs and guide responsible use of approved AI tools
