About the role
Cisco's Enterprise AI Platforms and Infrastructure organization builds agentic AI platforms, infrastructure, and developer tools for intelligent products and services. You will lead a Bangalore engineering team developing platform support, test automation, performance validation, and SDKs for AI systems.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a Bangalore team of systems, AI, and test automation engineers
- Debug production failures and develop platform fixes
- Build agent-driven test harnesses and AI evaluation frameworks
- Profile and validate performance across GPU clusters and cloud runtimes
- Deliver SDKs, React components, and APIs for engineering teams
