About the role
Salesforce provides CRM and professional services products, including AI and data capabilities. The director will set Global Delivery Center strategy, lead transformation and talent programs, and manage the Strategy & Programs team.
What you'll do
- Define and drive the Global Delivery Center strategic roadmap
- Translate business strategy into operational plans and measurable outcomes
- Lead transformation programs and establish governance frameworks
- Develop talent strategies and capability-building programs across locations
- Partner with senior leaders and represent the center in global planning
- Lead, coach, and grow the Strategy & Programs team
