About the role
Salesforce provides an enterprise CRM platform and AI tools for customer success. This consultant will build multi-agent AI platform capabilities and deliver Salesforce projects using agentic development practices.
What you'll do
- Develop agents, tools, workflows, integrations, and automations for the AI platform
- Evaluate LLMs and implement orchestration, prompting, context management, and grounding
- Build and review Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, and APIs
- Troubleshoot platform and project issues across AI and Salesforce components
- Guide developers in adopting AI-assisted and agentic development practices
