About the role
Salesforce Professional Services’ Global Delivery Centre delivers strategic, multi-cloud consulting engagements for customers. This director will lead technical architects and client delivery, shaping enterprise architectures and AI-enabled consulting practices.
What you'll do
- Plan capacity, hire, train, and mentor Technical Architects
- Advise customers on enterprise architecture and emerging technologies
- Lead architecture governance and technical workshops for client engagements
- Lead project teams delivering Salesforce Industries Cloud solutions
- Drive AI-first delivery methods and evaluate AI performance and business value
- Manage customer expectations, risks, and complex solution negotiations
