About the role
NXP Semiconductors develops semiconductor products and software for edge AI systems. This person will lead the NPU software roadmap, developer experience, and ecosystem strategy across AI tools and platforms.
What you'll do
- Define the NPU software product roadmap across compiler, runtime, SDK, and developer APIs
- Develop model support, optimization, and integration strategies for NXP AI platforms
- Align customer needs and engineering priorities to close model-support gaps
- Drive open-source compiler and framework partner strategies
- Own developer adoption metrics, beta programs, and software release policies
- Benchmark competing platforms and develop system software demonstrations
