• Advise employees and managers on hire-to-exit HR procedures
• Manage employee lifecycle transactions and cases in Workday and ServiceNow
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, vendor support and employee communications
• Report headcount and monitor service performance using dashboards
• Improve HR processes and support automation and service transitions
