About the role

What you'll do
- Advise employees and managers on hire-to-exit HR processes and policies
- Manage employee lifecycle cases and transactions in Workday and ServiceNow
- Coordinate benefits enrollment and employee communications with providers
- Analyze headcount and service performance data
- Improve HR processes, policies, and standard operating procedures
- Manage transitions of People Services activities
