About the role
Pratt & Whitney designs, manufactures and services aircraft engines and auxiliary power systems. This engineer will perform structural analyses of compressor hardware and support technical project execution.
What you'll do
- Perform ANSYS finite element analysis for stress, vibration, fatigue and residual life
- Prepare substantiation documentation and technical presentations
- Support technical task and milestone planning
- Resolve structural problems with project and discipline stakeholders
- Improve structural engineering processes and methods
