Engineer, Test Engineering - Product Development

Analog Devices develops semiconductor technologies that connect the physical and digital worlds. This engineer will develop and execute probe and production test solutions for mixed-signal and digital SoC devices.

• Design probe and test solutions on high-performance ATE platforms
• Develop ATE software to meet specifications
• Contribute to DFT and BIST definition with design teams
• Execute silicon testing, characterization, yield analysis, and correlation
• Release multisite test programs to offshore production facilities
