About the role
Wabtec develops equipment, systems, and digital solutions for freight and transit rail. The manager will lead Bangalore engineers developing and delivering machine vision and AI/ML solutions for wayside monitoring.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop the Bangalore machine vision and AI/ML engineering team
- Drive delivery of computer vision and machine learning solutions for wayside monitoring
- Guide algorithm development, testing, optimization, and deployment
- Coordinate roadmap execution and product commitments with global teams
- Promote engineering quality through reviews, testing, CI/CD, and root cause analysis
