Capco is a consulting firm serving banking, financial services and energy clients. The PMO professional will lead programme governance, executive reporting and advanced Excel dashboard development for senior stakeholders.

• Coordinate executive governance forums and steering committees
• Prepare governance packs, decision papers and programme status reports
• Build Excel dashboards for programme health, risks, milestones and financials
• Track programme plans, RAID logs, dependencies and decisions to closure
• Support portfolio planning, resource management, budgeting and forecasting
• Identify and implement improvements to reporting and governance processes
