About the role
Light & Wonder’s corporate team provides services across the enterprise and supports employee well-being. The coordinator will administer contingent workforce operations, maintain program compliance, support suppliers and hiring managers, and analyze workforce metrics.
What you'll do
- Manage contingent worker onboarding, offboarding, and assignment changes
- Maintain workforce data in a vendor management system
- Monitor policy, labor regulation, and contract compliance
- Support staffing suppliers and hiring managers with issues
- Generate workforce metrics reports and identify process improvements
