About the role
Genetec builds IP-based physical security, intelligence, and operations solutions. The Field Engineer supports customers through technical assistance, system deployment and commissioning, audits, assessments, and maintenance.
What you'll do
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for Genetec systems
- Install, deploy, audit, assess, and maintain customer systems
- Serve as the technical contact for partner projects
- Resolve customer issues and escalate critical cases
- Advise customers on software implementation, integrations, upgrades, and changes
- Document issues and provide requested reporting
