About the role
The Hoxton Bengaluru City is a neighbourhood hotel with dining, bar, event and guest spaces. The Food and Beverage Executive will oversee restaurant and bar service, team operations, reservations, stock, scheduling and daily revenue reporting.
What you'll do
- Lead daily briefings for restaurant and bar teams
- Coordinate reservations and prepare floor plans based on covers
- Manage stock ordering, counts and labour scheduling
- Handle cash and report daily revenues
- Oversee restaurant and bar service, opening and closing
- Coordinate menus, service and product availability with the culinary team
