About the role
Fresenius Medical Care provides healthcare services and products. The FP&A Senior Manager leads shared-services FP&A teams, oversees planning and reporting processes, and drives operational improvements.
What you'll do
- Oversee timely and accurate FP&A transactions and ensure service-level agreements are met
- Apply global finance policies and monitor processes against global designs
- Lead FP&A teams, coach staff, and support onboarding and development
- Review management reports and coordinate month-end controlling activities
- Support budgeting, process changes, automation, and continuous improvement
