About the role
Swiggy's Strategy and Investments team evaluates opportunities in focus and adjacent categories through business planning, investment, acquisition and partnership decisions. The role will analyze potential transactions, assess strategic fit and support diligence, valuation and senior management recommendations.
What you'll do
- Develop financial models and valuation analyses for potential transactions
- Assess and prioritize transactions with business units
- Prepare recommendations and presentations for senior management and board meetings
- Support due diligence with finance, legal and investment banking teams
- Identify and evaluate merger and acquisition opportunities
