About the role
Swiggy's Strategy and Investments team evaluates growth opportunities across core and adjacent categories, including build, investment, acquisition, and partnership options. The General Manager will develop transaction analyses and valuations, assess opportunities with business units, and support due diligence and senior leadership decisions.
What you'll do
- Develop financial models and valuation analyses for potential transactions
- Assess and prioritize transactions with business units
- Prepare recommendations and presentations for senior management and board meetings
- Support due diligence with finance, legal, and investment banking teams
- Identify and evaluate merger and acquisition opportunities
