Global Payroll Analyst

Fivetran and dbt Labs provide data movement and transformation products that help organizations build trusted analytics and AI foundations. The Global Payroll Analyst will process and audit payroll across the United States, India, and other regions while supporting employees, vendors, and payroll accounting.

• Process multi-state U.S. payroll and validate payroll inputs and calculations
• Coordinate payroll for EOR and PEO workers
• Support India payroll processing, statutory deductions, and reconciliations
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare payroll journals, accruals, and general-ledger reconciliations
• Support payroll audits, compliance, implementations, and process improvements
