About the role
Mindtickle provides an AI-powered revenue enablement platform for sales teams. You will own the Manager Effectiveness product charter, setting direction and building tools that help revenue managers prioritize interventions.
What you'll do
- Define and ship products that prioritize managers’ attention and interventions
- Build product workflows into existing manager reviews
- Run design partnerships with CROs and frontline sales managers
- Represent the product in pre-sales calls, escalations, and renewal-risk conversations
- Shape pricing and packaging for the products you own
- Evaluate AI product behavior in production and analyze errors
