About the role

What you'll do
- Develop customer evidence and outcome proof for platform claims
- Grow customer references, stories, reviews, and champions
- Run customer feedback programs and relay insights to product and marketing
- Lead lifecycle communications and programs that drive adoption and reduce churn
- Coordinate post-sale customer communications across operational and product updates
- Connect customer proof and advocacy to sales, renewals, and expansion
