About the role
Mindtickle is transitioning to an AI-first operating model and building a central intelligence engine across its business systems. You will build integrated AI applications and agentic workflows that turn company data into governed, actionable insights.
What you'll do
- Build an intelligence layer that ingests signals from business data sources
- Develop integrations and webhooks that deliver AI insights to workflow tools
- Implement agentic workflows and RAG grounded in company data
- Evaluate LLM outputs and add guardrails against hallucinations
- Collaborate on data pipelines for real-time AI applications
- Ensure agents respect departmental data access permissions
