About the role
Richpanel provides AI-native helpdesk software that automates repeat customer support work for brands. You will build the operating systems, planning rhythms and dashboards that make its sales, customer success, hiring and financial operations repeatable.
What you'll do
- Build sales qualification, forecasting and win-loss systems
- Establish customer onboarding, health scoring, renewals and retention practices
- Create hiring scorecards, interview processes and employee onboarding
- Develop budgets, headcount plans, profitability guardrails and business dashboards
- Run weekly operating cadences, monthly reviews and quarterly planning
- Document processes and use AI to improve operational efficiency
