About the role
DeepHealth operates in healthcare technology, with regional teams across India and Australia. The HR Business Partner will guide regional people strategy, talent management, recruitment, learning, governance, and Bangalore office coordination.
What you'll do
- Advise business leaders on workforce strategy and organizational design
- Support employee relations, performance management, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential identification
- Coordinate regional learning programs and track required training
- Monitor workforce metrics and recommend retention and talent actions
- Oversee Bangalore office management and promote APAC workplace culture
