About the role
DeepHealth provides healthcare technology, and this role supports its Commercial Operations Salesforce environment. The architect will own Salesforce and CPQ-CLM architecture, integrations, governance, and technical support for Sales users.
What you'll do
- Own Salesforce data models, security, automation, and release strategy
- Lead CRM integrations with enterprise systems and resolve integration errors
- Manage workflows, field mapping, and monitoring for the Jira integration
- Design and optimize CPQ and CLM product, pricing, and contract processes
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 Salesforce support during US business hours
- Review admin and developer work and mentor peers on best practices
