About the role
AppsFlyer provides mobile attribution and marketing analytics services. The HR Growth Partner will advise regional managers, develop people solutions and oversee HR processes, employee data and compliance.
What you'll do
- Advise SEA managers on HR matters and coach them
- Identify people issues and implement solutions with stakeholders
- Manage performance reviews, promotions, relocations and other HR processes
- Oversee employee data, reporting and statutory compliance
- Develop the APAC employee experience in line with company values
