About the role
Xylem provides water technology and solutions for utilities, industry, homes and commercial buildings. The Workday Product Owner will shape, configure and support time management capabilities while translating HR needs into platform solutions and maintaining their roadmap.
What you'll do
- Translate HR requirements into Workday time management solutions
- Configure and maintain Workday time, leave and absence functionality
- Lead design workshops and define maintainable solutions
- Prioritize enhancements and maintain the product roadmap
- Investigate complex support issues and coordinate escalations
- Monitor Workday releases and identify process improvements
