About the role
Xylem develops water technology and digital products used by utilities, municipalities and industrial operators. The Product Security Engineer assesses applications and APIs, advises engineering teams on risk, and contributes to security practices across the product portfolio.
What you'll do
- Lead security assessments of cloud-hosted applications and APIs
- Assess identity and access control designs and implementations
- Write reports that support risk-based engineering and product decisions
- Conduct threat modeling and architecture reviews early in design
- Support product security incident response and coordinated disclosure
