About the role
Xylem provides water technology and solutions for utilities, industrial, residential and commercial sectors. You will support global procure-to-pay queries, resolve transaction issues, and help suppliers and internal teams use Coupa and SAP.
What you'll do
- Resolve tickets on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices and payments within SLA
- Investigate invoice discrepancies, blocked invoices and payment issues
- Troubleshoot Coupa and SAP integration issues and escalate as needed
- Assist suppliers with onboarding and invoice submissions through Coupa
- Monitor service KPIs and analyze recurring issues
- Maintain process documentation and support user and supplier training
