About the role
Egis provides engineering, consulting, construction, and mobility services, including infrastructure projects across the Middle East. The HRIS Specialist will manage HR platforms, improve HR processes, reporting and integrations, and support regional compliance and digital transformation.
What you'll do
- Manage and maintain HRIS platforms
- Lead HRIS implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements
- Configure HR modules and payroll interfaces
- Develop HR dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics
- Maintain HR data integrity, compliance, and governance
- Test systems, train users, and troubleshoot issues
