Bosch Automotive Electronics India manufactures automotive electronic products, including control units and components for electric mobility. The trainer will deliver production-related training, coach employees, assess performance and maintain training materials and records.

• Deliver theoretical and hands-on training on ESD, quality, HSE and work instruction changes
• Coach employees on the job and correct mistakes in real time
• Document training sessions, attendance and progress
• Assess trainee performance through observations or assessments
• Update training materials using production feedback
• Conduct refresher training for employees needing improvement
