About the role
Suki develops AI-powered voice solutions that help reduce physician burnout and support patient care. You will manage IT access, security operations, device provisioning, and US helpdesk and vendor coordination during PST hours.
What you'll do
- Administer Okta, Google Workspace, and employee access workflows
- Execute onboarding, offboarding, and SaaS seat management
- Monitor compliance controls and triage security alerts
- Manage macOS and Windows devices using MDM tools
- Triage US helpdesk tickets and route hardware escalations
- Track MSP service levels and hand off open issues
