IT Service Professional – Enterprise Resource Planning Technology (F/M/D)

Freudenberg Group provides enterprise IT services supporting SAP systems and business applications. This professional will administer SAP BASIS and S/4HANA environments, manage upgrades and monitoring, and resolve operational incidents.

• Administer SAP S/4HANA landscapes, application servers, and HANA databases
• Plan and execute SAP upgrades, migrations, patches, and system refreshes
• Manage transports, user administration, and SAP security updates
• Monitor system performance, availability, jobs, and infrastructure resources
• Automate routine BASIS tasks and maintain operational documentation
• Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis within agreed SLAs
