About the role

Signify develops connected lighting and Internet of Things solutions for homes, offices, and cities. You will develop and operate an enterprise chatbot, integrate it with business systems, and improve its conversational quality and reliability.

What you'll do

Build and maintain chatbot flows, intents, entities, prompts, and logic
Develop API integrations with enterprise platforms and troubleshoot failures
Monitor chatbot performance and resolve operational defects
Update chatbot content and validate knowledge articles with subject matter experts
Test conversational features, integrations, and releases
Use analytics and user feedback to improve accuracy and containment
