About the role
GO DESi makes packaged regional Indian food products and manages its supply chain from sourcing through manufacturing. The Operations Executive will oversee daily operations, cash reconciliation, inventory, staff attendance, and point-of-sale issues.
What you'll do
- Handle cash reconciliation and reporting
- Manage stock, goods received notes, and purchase orders
- Track attendance for promoters, BDEs, and other staff
- Conduct stock audits and identify discrepancies
- Prepare staff incentives based on performance and policy
- Troubleshoot point-of-sale machine issues and follow up on deliveries
