About the role

What you'll do
- Assess customer workflows, data flows, connectivity, and implementation requirements
- Translate requirements into workflow configurations and setup documentation
- Guide customer and service teams through onboarding and implementation
- Develop tools and processes to automate integration tasks
- Code and support customer customizations, installations, and troubleshooting
- Support testing, issue resolution, validation, and go-live readiness
