About the role
Nyaaya provides accessible legal information to help people understand their rights and seek justice. You will lead the Samvidhaan Fellowship in Karnataka, oversee litigation and legal aid initiatives, and build partnerships that improve access to justice.
What you'll do
- Lead programme delivery and growth of the Fellowship across Karnataka
- Set workplans, milestones, and performance goals for Fellows
- Oversee litigation and legal aid case strategy and management
- Coach Fellows and coordinate their professional development
- Build partnerships with advocates, legal service providers, and civil society organisations
- Monitor case progress, referrals, documentation, and outcomes
