About the role
CRED is a community and financial services platform that rewards trustworthy members for good financial behaviour. The role owns strategy, growth, and P&L for a high-frequency payments category, working across product, engineering, compliance, and partners.
What you'll do
- Own category growth strategy, economics, forecasting, and reporting
- Define category vision and roadmap with product and design
- Drive adoption, repeat usage, and active transacting member growth
- Use data and experimentation to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate regulatory alignment with networks, partners, and compliance teams
- Lead cross-functional planning and performance reviews
